Service Description
These trainings explore how mental health is deeply connected to cultural, historical, and social context. Designed for mental health professionals, educators, and organizations, they support a more inclusive, critical, and context-aware approach to clinical and community work. As a Chilean clinical psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado, I bring experience from public and community settings in both Chile and the U.S. I have developed and led workshops, university courses, and organizational trainings on topics such as trauma, migration, global mental health, social justice, and interculturality. My teaching style is rooted in dialogue, critical thinking, cultural humility, and collective reflection. I integrate tools from liberation psychology, intersectional feminist approaches, person-centered therapy, and decolonial frameworks. Each training is adapted to the audience, creating a safe space to revisit practices, share experiences, and strengthen the ethical and transformative role of our profession.
